Policies

Payment

• Custom websites start at $2,000 USD. E-commerce integrations, landing pages, AI, and QA projects are quoted individually.
• Every project gets a fixed written quote first.
• 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. Invoiced via Stripe, due within 7 days.

Refunds

• Cancel before work starts: full refund.
• After work starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Final payment is refundable for any agreed work not delivered.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation

Either side can cancel anytime by email. You pay only for work completed to date and receive everything finished so far.

Delivery

All deliverables are digital: design files, code, live sites, store integrations, CMS setups, AI tools, test plans and reports, and documentation. Consulting and training happen remotely. Nothing ships physically. Timelines are set in each quote.

Terms

• Scope is defined in your quote. Extra work is quoted separately.
• Two rounds of design revisions included.
• You own the final design and code once paid in full.
• Bugs reported within 30 days of launch are fixed free.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Privacy

We only collect what you send by email and billing details handled by Stripe. This site uses no cookies or trackers. We never sell your data. Email us to access or delete it.
